Head Bartender

Miranda will chat with you pre-wedding of course a few times. Maybe it’s signature cocktails and soft drinks, or you want a “beer bar” with a few different bartending stations. Miranda can also help you see your vision out and help make this celebration everything you had dreamed it to be.

Need more than one bartender for your event? NO PROBLEM!

We have you covered.

All of our servers are OLCC licensed, and are required to be used by our venue when alcohol is being served at your event.

Oh Yeah - She’s Also known as a “Drink Slinger”

We have had her behind our bar for those who prefer a dry event. There have been many fun dry events here who will say that Miranda is amazing! She can make a mean dry Mojito!

Please drink responsibly - we do not want any accidents on your special day!

Stylist

Bridal Hair

Hailey is the owner of Posh Palms Hair Design in Gresham. She will help get you that bridal look you’ve been hoping for on your DAY OF. Start saving those wedding hair photos ladies! You can find her business on both Facebook and Instagram.

  • any trials are scheduled with Hailey directly through Posh Palms Hair Design, and are not included in your package. Please locate her online for her booking site or contact information for more details.

Day of Coordinators

Stacy (above left), Margaret and Madison are our Day Of Coordinators. They will see that you get what you need in the moment, and that everything gets handled and in its right place on your big day.

Working with your “extra services” and assuring your day goes off without a hitch. From the music and timing for the perfect entrance, to getting the cake to the right spot and food on the tables hot and ready.

Whichever one of these wonderful ladies is available for you on your day, you will love the job they do.

They can also be added to any package, this job is a must have as this is the most important role of the day!

Ordained Official

Mary will see that your big day is personable and very special. She takes the time to get to know you before your event so everyone looks comfortable and your day goes off without any hick-ups.

Mary is included in the Grande Package, but can be added to any package - and you would then pay her directly. Mary graciously donates 20% of her day to St Jude - IN YOUR NAME. :)

Make-Up

Morgan (below) is our on-site make-up stylist queen!!

She has a true gift! From a simple subtle look to a high glam red carpet appearance on your day of your big event.

She’s your girl!

INTRODUCING MADISON (Blonde)- MARGARET (Brunette)

OUR NEWEST TEAM MEMBER FOR 2026. SHE IS TAMI’S RIGHT HAND AS THE VENUE MANAGER AND WILL HELP SEE THAT THINGS ARE IN PLACE FOR ALL EVENTS. SHE WILL HELP SEE THAT THE TEAM HAS ALL OF THE THINGS THEY NEED FOR EACH EVENT MADISON WILL ALSO BE IN CHARGE OF THE *COMING SOON!* RENTAL ITEMS. WHICH WE ARE SO EXCITED ABOUT!
