Wedding Rates for 2025
With all of our packages, event staff are paid a flat rate
& tips / gratuities are not included from the Venue.
If you appreciate their hard work for your big event,
please take care of them in kind gesture.

2025 Single Day Rental
Weekday: MONDAY through THURSDAY
$1000.00
FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY $1500.00
With full use of the outdoor grounds and use of the 40x60 barn.
Rental hours 9:00am until 10:00pm.
Free use of the grounds for engagement photos. *not to interfere with another event.
Any onsite decor is free to use. Just return it when you’re done borrowing it. Feel free to donate as well. We love paying things forward to help others.
Extra services are available at additional cost, such as ~
Ordained Official (whom donates 20% of their fee) Meetings before your event to get to know you.

Extra hours can be purchased for $100.00 per hour based on availability.

The 2025 Grande Experience
$4500.00
Our Grande Experience is everything in one.
With our an all in one exclusive package, $4500.00 gets you ALL of the services listed below.
Full use of the grounds including use of the 40x60 (2400 sq ft) barn
Your rental time starts Friday morning at 9:00am -10:00pm nightly through Sunday at **2:00pm for clean-up (other people may be on the grounds on Sundays for tours)
We do not allow over night stays at this time.
ALL INCLUDED:
Your Ordained Official (whom donates 20% to St. Jude of their fee) Also, you’ll get together before your event to get to know each other, making your big day a lot less awkward.
*Brides Hair (day of event)
*Brides Make-up (day of event)
Day of Coordination Service (package includes 6hrs-extra hours at an additional expense)
Bartending (one bartender included-6hrs-extra hours are additional expense)
Additional Bartender for a small fee
150 white resin chairs and what tables are on hand are free for use (rounds and rectangle / different sizes)

Friday through Sunday Wedding

You can build this package up with our add ons, or use your own.
Your time starts Friday 9:00am - with full access for rehearsal and set up. Have your main event Saturday until 10:00pm, and then clean up on Sunday~ being done by **2:00pm. (other people may be on the grounds on Sundays)
